Welcome Back to the InnerPass Blog. As many of our users have noticed we have undergone a little cosmetic makeover and changed the logo and look of our Application. Don’t you worry it’s still us and not an imposter! The InnerPass team is always undergoing efforts to make our user’s experience more enjoyable, even if it’s as simple as being able to recognize us easier on your taskbar! But that’s not all. Our new website was released as of this past Thursday. We felt you all deserved a more professional looking site, so when you rant and rave about how great and helpful InnerPass is to your friends and colleagues you can send them here: www.innerpass.com .

Another great feature we are currently working on implementing is a more in depth user support portal. You will notice the “help center” link in the top right hand side of our site. Within the portal you will have the ability to check out FAQs, Interact with other users in the forums, access training on how to be more efficient with our product and much more.

There will be another new release of InnerPass nearing the end of the month with user requested functionality straight from your hearts, including being able select where InnerPass is displayed on your computer, when the application launches and other advanced options.

We thank you for taking the time to install and use the InnerPass Skype Collaboration Application. We first published InnerPass as a Skype Extra in July of 2008. Thanks in part to your input; we published an enhanced version in August. InnerPass then achieved Skype Certification and was elevated to “Premium” status in September.

As you know, the InnerPass service plan you have been using is free, and does not have any distracting advertising. We plan to continue to offer the great value of free InnerPass usage as our “Personal Plan” for the foreseeable future.

We know, however, that many of our users want to have more rooms, more guests, more storage, more screen sharing time and other features. To meet this growing demand, we have developed two enhanced InnerPass plans for which there will be a subscription fee.

The InnerPass Professional Plan will be a great value at only $4.95 a month and the InnerPass Business Plan will offer heavy users outstanding value at only $12.95 a month.

There will be excellent discounts available. If you purchase five or more subcriptions for either type of plan, then take 20% off the monthly price. Plus take an additional 20% off if you sign up for the annual payment plan.

Also we plan to offer a significant discount to you, our Early Adopters. There will be more information to follow in our upcoming newsletter.
