New Pricing Model

New InnerPass Subscription Plans and their prices are changing for the better.   Today we offer three primary plans plus several customized plans.   Each current plan had different options with varying limits placed on usage.   We’ve simplified all of this and we’re removing most of the limits.   Starting in late May there will only be 2 plans offered, each packaged with more features. 

One of new InnerPass plans is called ‘Web Meetings’.  This will cost $89.95 PER YEAR compared to WebEx and GoToMeeting, both offering great services at $49.95 per month.  That’s over $600.00 per year compared to our $89.95. In addition to being a better price we’re also lifting the usage restrictions related to the number of meeting rooms, guests, and the screen sharing presentations.   We started offering the new plan a few weeks ago to measure its success – the results were better than expected.  We’re also developing a new website to replace our current site at   Until that is completed we will continue offering some of our existing plans along with the new ‘web meetings’ plan.

Please note that our pricing policy is to protect your existing monthly plans, and any promotions, from any price increases.   That protects you from any price changes or plan elimination.   You may opt to switch to the new plan because it’s more cost effective.  But if your current plan works for you then you can keep that as long as needed.    The official launch date of the new website and official switch over to the new plans is scheduled for the end of May, 2010.

    Thank your for your comments – we will have new postings every week to this blog.

    If your classes are just 1-on-1 with your students then using Skype for both Voice and Screen Sharing should be just fine. If you need to hold an online class with more than one student then you will need a product like InnerPass for multi-party screen sharing. We’re heavily integrated with Skype so the call is still with Skype. Also InnerPass allows you to create a room (or breakout room) and allocate some or all students in that room. The room is persistent which means you (and your students) can upload documents before, during, and after the online sessions if needed.
