Our customers often collaborate with people who do not have InnerPass, and those customers really appreciate it when InnerPass goes the extra mile to make collaboration easier. So we’re introducing a new feature called Inbox — our latest way to make collaboration easier because we believe technology should make work more efficient without setting a lot of boundaries.
Inbox will allow others, whether they have InnerPass or not, to send files directly to your Inbox on InnerPass. You can either work with the files right out of your Inbox or organize them by moving them into your meeting rooms. We’ve saved you the steps of opening up an email, opening the attached files, saving them on your hard drive and uploading them to your meeting rooms. Educators and instructors who have dozens of students handing in homework via email are going to love this!
Step by step, here’s how it works: Suppose your colleague wants to send you a document. Instead of using your email address, they would send the file to yourskypename@InnerPass.com.
